Honey Rose Spice Mask
– Most Skin Types (except for extremely sensitive and reactive)
– 100% Whole Plant Organic
– 13 Beneficial Active Ingredients
Our holiday treat, the Honey Rose Spice Mask, has returned! It features vibrant Heirloom roses from the seashore of Point Reyes, California, raw single-varietal Orange Blossom Honey from Central California, and Tulsi from a beloved Sonoma garden. The Honey Rose Spice Mask combines these thoughtful regionally curated ingredients with warming spices like Vanilla, Nutmeg, and Clove that nod to fireside chats and chai lattes.
This mask was designed to hydrate, exfoliate, brighten, and nourish the skin. The warming spices gently stimulate circulation, bringing new life and movement to the skin.Roses combined with sugars and resins from Honey, Citrus, and Frankincense protect and nourish the skin’s barrier, while deeply moisturizing. We recommend combining a honey tapping technique with this Mask. It has become a winter favorite for all of us, and we love sharing this small-batch creation with you.
Moisten face and hands. Warm 1 teaspoon or less of Honey Rose Spice Mask between fingertips, then glide and massage over damp, clean skin. Leave for 10-30 minutes, then rinse.
We’ve included a handmade wooden spatula and special instructions on how to use your Honey Rose Spice Mask.
If your Honey Rose Spice Mask has solidified or contains what looks like grains of sugar, that is just normal raw honey crystallization. Take a scoop of 1 teaspoon or less and warm it in your fingers until it softens, then gently tap onto skin. Add water to skin and massage normally. You can also soften the honey by placing your jar, lid on tightly, into a shallow warm water bath. Be sure to keep the contents of the jar dry.
Use within 6 months of opening and within the use by date noted on the bottom of jar. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
Honey – This is a single farm, single varietal, raw Orange Blossom Honey from California that is so fresh and vibrant. Honey halts the overgrowth of harmful bacteria colonies, while still allowing beneficial flora to exist. It has gentle enzymatic action that works to turn over cells in a non-forceful way. It is incredibly hydrating and visibly plumps and firms the skin.
Roses – Our rainbow colored Heirloom Rose Petals are grown exclusively for Laurel Skin on a small farm on the Point Reyes, California seashore with great love and care. Roses are powerful humectants. They are plumping to the skin, and strengthen elasticity and connective tissue.
Nutmeg and Clove – Both Nutmeg and Clove bring not only a beautiful wintertime nostalgia to this luxurious mask, but they also stimulate circulation and bring new nutrients and vibrancy to the skin.
Tulsi – Our stunning Tulsi is from one of our favorite partnering farms to the East. This mask includes a Tulsi distillation, as well as hand-harvested and hand-powdered flowering tops. Tulsi is a soothing anti-inflammatory for the skin, in addition to being a nourishing aromatic plant for the nervous system.
Frankincense – Our certified organic Frankincense is distilled in the Northeast by a family who travels to Somalia each year for harvesting. This ingredient has been used historically for centuries to revitalize the skin by reducing the appearance of scars and fine lines.
