What is a ritual? What is the difference between a ritual and routine?

Rituals and routines are both practiced regularly. However, a ritual is done so with intention or mindfulness and is internally driven.

Daily rituals, when practiced consistently, can increase happiness, provide security, reduce anxiety, and so much more. They are meaningful actions that can help keep us calm, focused, and give us a sense of purpose. They might be spiritual, intentional, or simply a mindful action that's performed habitually.

Necessary Ingredients For Ritual:

Intention, Repetition, Tools, Practice, Patience, Time, Awareness, Reverence, Self Compassion

Here are some of our favorite rituals.
