Divide your ideal body weight in pounds by 2. This is the amount of ounces of filtered water you should drink everyday in order to stay hydrated. For example if your ideal weight is 120 lbs, you need to drink 60 ounces (approx 2 quarts) of water per day...and to properly hydrate your body on a cellular level, add a pinch of good quality sea salt and lemon or lime juice to your room temperature water.
